Beth Kozinn has been working with RJOB since 1995 when she first came the URJ Northeast Council.  Although she has  worn many hats over the years at the URJ, working as Registrar for Introduction to Judaism and supporting Outreach has always been one of the favorite parts of her job.  Beth’s other hat at the moment is serving as Programs Administrator for the URJ Just Congregations program.

As the Outreach & Ambassador Programs Coordinator, Joyce Schwartz oversees the Outreach programs such as A Taste of Judaism, Introduction to Judaism, Yours, Mine & Ours and New Beginnings; and supervises the Ambassadors for Taste & Intro. Joyce coordinates all marketing for Reform Jewish Outreach Boston and is one of the facilitators for Yours, Mine & Ours, a program especially for interfaith couples.

URJ Reform Jewish Outreach Boston Dr. Brody has served on the Outreach staff of the Union for Reform Judaism, working with interfaith families and individuals exploring conversion for over 16 years. In her current position as the Director of Outreach Programs and Training in the Northeast Council, Dr. Brody supervises the Outreach Department staff and oversees the Federation funded Reform Jewish Outreach Initiatives in Greater Boston, which reach over 1000 participants annually and train clergy, educators and Jewish professionals on various Outreach issues.

Maria Benet welcomes your email inquiries and program registration questions. She assists Joyce Schwartz with coordinating all Outreach programs and works with Paula Brody to coordinate the Outreach Training Institute for professionals and lay leaders. Maria is responsible for database management, online communications and website strategies.
